Kyle Richards took a trip to the hospital to visit pal Teddi Mellencamp after she gave birth to her third child. The accountability coach and her husband Edwin welcomed daughter Dove Mellencamp Arroyave on February 25.
Teddi, 38, shared a photo of her newborn on February 26 and announced her name, date of birth and her weight. "Dove Mellencamp Arroyave ?. 19.5 inches, 6lbs 8oz, 5:59pm on 2/25/20 #lovedove ?," the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star captioned her post.
She also took to her Instagram Stories to share a video of Kyle, 51, coming to visit her. Kyle busted into the Bravo star's room while wearing sweats and a black mask. Teddi could be heard in the background saying, "Are you rocking coronavirus chic to the hospital?”
The Halloween Kills star replied that she initially was wearing sunglasses in addition to the mask, but decided to take off her glasses in order to not scare anyone. Kyle also held onto two large brown paper bags full of goodies.
Just a day prior, Teddi revealed she had given birth to baby girl on Instagram. She posted a shot of herself cradling Dove as Edwin, 42, put his arm around her in the hospital. "Guess what, baby girl. You are stuck with us because we are absolutely in love with you. ? #aboutlastnight," Teddi cheekily captioned her cute photo.
Dove joins Teddi, Edwin, their son Cruz, and daughters Slate and Isabella. The health coach has been keeping herself busy with taking photos and videos of her newest bundle of joy. Teddi posted a video on her IG Stories of herself playing with her daughter's toes and the song “My Girl” played in the background. In another clip, the reality star gushed that her daughter was “healthy and good,” adding, “Life’s pretty great right now.”
Edwin took to his own Stories and shared an update on his wife's health after the delivery. “@teddimellencamp was a champ in the delivery room!” Edwin captioned one photos. “Baby and mommy as healthy as can be.”
Back in December 2019, Teddi asked her fans for help naming her baby girl and revealed that she and Edwin narrowed it down to four names: Presley, Shay, Selena and Dove. Looks like the duo stuck to their choice!
