Olivia Wilde Wants To 'Clear The Air' With Ex Jason Sudeikis About Her 'Serious Relationship' With Harry Styles, Source Reveals

Time for a chat! As Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles' romance heats up, the couple is planning a heart-to-heart with her ex-fiancé, Jason Sudeikis. 

After filming wrapped on Wilde and Styles' movie, Don't Worry Darling, the lovebirds flew to London on February 16 to meet with Sudeikis, who's been on the set of Ted Lasso in England. 

Wilde, 36, who shares two kids with the SNL alum, 45, "wants to clear the air and have a calm conversation about how everyone moves forward from here," says an OK! insider, noting that she wants Sudeikis to realize that Styles, 27, is here to stay. "Olivia needs Jason to understand this is a serious relationship, whether he likes it or not."

Things have seemingly been amicable between the coparents — Sudeikis even recently thanked his baby mama at the Critics' Choice Awards — but as OK! previously reported, Sudeikis was initially "heartbroken" over the split. 

He is "hoping this thing with Harry is just a phase," according to a source. "So until Olivia proves that her new relationship is actually serious, Jason's made it clear to her that Harry bonding with their children is strictly off-limits." 

However, an insider revealed that Wilde "fell under [Harry's] spell." And now, "they're in that happy stage and enjoying themselves."

To mend his broken heart, it seems like Sudeikis has been leaning hard on British model Keeley Hazell.

OK! previously learned that Hazell was there to pick up the pieces and comfort Sudeikis after his breakup — and that he "always found Keeley incredibly attractive."

Sudeikis seemed to confirm that he was seeing Hazell on the night he took home the Best Actor in a Comedy Series Golden Globe for his performance in the new Apple TV+ series Ted Lasso. 

Some fans noticed that the same fireplace he accepted his award in front of also served as the background for a photo that his rumored new girlfriend recently posted to her Instagram story. See Hazell's similar pic here.

The source continued that Sudeikis invited Hazell to join him for dinner with his friends in L.A., and their flirty banter "quickly set tongues wagging." 

"They have met up since, but obviously it's all very early days." the source revealed.
